We are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of the date you received the order, provided the goods are still in their original, unopened packaging, haven’t been used and are still fit for re-sale. All returns should be sent to:

A full refund for the goods (excluding our postage to you and yours to us) will be made within 10 working days of us receiving back the goods. Please ensure that returns are sent by recorded delivery. We cannot refund or exchange goods that are we do not receive or are lost in the post.
You, the buyer, will inspect the goods as soon after delivery as is reasonably practicable and will notify us of any shortages or faults in the goods or any other complaint within 3 working days from the date the goods were delivered. Any item that you receive from us which is faulty (or sent in error) still needs to be returned to us, but we will refund the cost of the goods plus all the delivery costs. Again, please send it back by recorded delivery.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights.
You can Login To Your Account to check the status of your order. If we are unable to dispatch your order immediately we will email you with an estimated delivery date. Typically this is within 2-5 days but we will let you know. If your order is more than 3 business days overdue please email us with your order number and we will look into it and get back to you ASAP (we strive to do so the same day). Spam Filters can sometimes stop our emails getting through to you so if you haven't heard anything from us, please check your spam filters and your Junk and Deleted folders. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused, but we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
